At Lochmead Farms, our ice cream is made the way four generations have enjoyed it: rich, creamy and full of flavor. On our family&#8217;s farm, Cousin Scott grows the peppermint for our delicious Oregon Mint Fudge ice cream, while Uncle Mike grows the nuts found in our Oregon Hazelnut Fudge. We&#8217;re also using our farm-grown blueberries as the swirl in our Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream.
