Why work for us?
The Gibson family has been a part of the Willamette Valley since 1941 when our matriarch & patriarch, Gladys, and Howard Gibson moved to Junction City and began Lochmead Farms. The farm continued to grow and expand to include a dairy for several years before expanding again in 1965 to open the first 5 Dari Mart Stores. In the 83 years since, the farm, dairy, and stores are still owned and operated by the same Gibson family. We are committed to supporting our local Willamette Valley communities and each of its members. We can’t wait to meet you and offer you employment opportunities!
